We source all of our products from young donors and the hair is slowly processed in a very specific way (a trade secret) to ensure the maximum lifespan can be achieved.
The process in which the hair has to go through in order to end up in our warehouses is incredibly complicated and involved. The hair must be sourced from healthy young adults who are willing to sell their hair. We have very strict measures when sourcing the products in order to obtain the best possible quality. This can take months. The hair is then transported to our factories in which the hair is then carefully organised in length and colour in order to proceed to the washing process. The hair is carefully washed with a disinfectant solution and specially formulated shampoo. The hair is the hand dyed with the correct pigmentation for the customers requirement. The next stage is hand tipping, depending on which method is chosen. This is an extremely lengthy process which can take weeks. The hair is then washed, dried and tested for quality assurance. Our quality assurance process have 3 stages. All in all the processing stages can take months. The hair is then shipped from it’s destination to our warehouses where it is organised into length, colour, grade, and method. The hair is then put through further quality control measures and re-packed. Prior to the product being distributed to our customers in the UK and Europe, additional charges such as 20% VAT, Import Duty, 20% Import VAT, Logistic Fees and the cost we must incorporate as a company are also added to the product. Taking into account all the factors in which the hair must go through prior to being distributed from us, we strongly feel the product is of a very good low price.
Our hair is renowned in the industry for it’s high quality. Our hair is continually tested against other well known brands for quality assurance and our products always come out on top. We have had many salons and private professionals test out hair products against other brands who can also confirm to us our quality comes out on top.
