However, we have recently received a lot of feedback regarding our current courier, and whilst they have been voted the best courier in the UK for several years in a row, we have found that their service as of late as fallen below par and certainly not what we would expect them to offer our customers.
Due to this, over the last few months, we have been working tirelessly to secure another well rated courier that is able to fulfil our vision.
After months of deliberating, we have finally chosen DHL eCommerce to take over our domestic delivery services.

They’re eCommerce specialists, connecting our business with customers in the UK and around the world.
Their services are tailor-made for eCommerce, designed to help our business to grow and meet the evolving demands of our customers. From next day UK delivery to effortless cross-border solutions, managing orders has never been easier, and we’ve got the option to integrate with all major selling platforms.
Just like parcels, they know that one size doesn’t fit all. They’ll work closely with us to understand our business and tailor a solution that’s a perfect fit.
This will not affect our cut-off time for same day dispatch and this will remain at 4:30pm Monday - Friday (6pm at request).
Our current couriers services will be mirrored by DHL eCommerce and we will be able to offer the following;
- 1-2 Working Day Delivery
- Next Working Day Delivery
- By 12pm Next Working Day Delivery
- By 10:30am Next Working Day Delivery
- Saturday Delivery
- By 12pm Saturday Delivery
- By 10:30am Saturday Delivery
All of our current delivery prices will remain the same.
This 1 month trial period will commence from 4:30pm on Monday 23rd June, meaning any orders that would typically be dispatched by DPD will be shipped via DHL eCommerce on Tuesday 24th June.
