Then don't worry, the process has never been easier.
To return an item from your order, simply start by submitting a Return Request through your online account. This wil be reviewed by our system where this will be either authorised or rejected.
Once the return request has been authorised you will receive an automated email with our returns address and email for our Returns Team.
Reasons your return request may be rejected;
- The order date exceeds our 14 day return policy
- The hair has been removed from the original hygiene bands & packaging
- The product has been used or fitted
Please ensure you return the item in it’s original packaging and hygiene bands within 14 days of purchase to the address provided.
Please include your name and order number within the return package.
We would always recommend using a tracked or signed service, just to cover yourself in case of a stray package in the mail network.
Once returned, email our Returns Team directly using the email address provided and a member of the team will get back to you with the the next steps.
Whether you'd like to exchange the returned product for something different, or have a refund back to your original payment method, our team will always be on hand to assist you.
